What do you charge?

The vending machines are placed, maintained, and stocked at no cost to you. If the vending equipment breaks down we will promptly repair it.

Is there a contract?

In most cases, there is no need for a contract, unless requested. Through excellent service, we will prove ourselves and give you a reason to keep our vending machines at your location.

What if someone loses money in the vending machine?

Even in this day and age, vending machines are not perfect and could misvend. Although our vending machines are clearly labeled with our contact information, most patrons naturally attribute responsibility to the business in which the machine resides. Therefore, we found it best that the business manager reimburses the individual first, and then inform us on our next visit so we can reimburse you promptly. This way your patron feels that their needs have been immediately met, resulting in gained trust in your business and product.

How often are the machines stocked?

As often as needed. It takes about a month or two to get a feel for your location, and create a schedule based on sales. Most accounts need weekly restocking, while others may only need to be serviced twice a month.

What areas of Middle Tennessee do you service?

We are always looking for reasons to expand our demographic area. Larger accounts are deserving of a longer commute, whereas it might not be financially feasible to service smaller accounts outside of our service area.
